| Sekhar Ayyanthole é um pintor indiano, professor de arte e ex-presidente de Kerala Chithrakala Parishath. Ele nasceu em Ayyanthole, Thrissur, Kerala, South Índia em 1954. Ele completou seu Diploma em desenho e pintura de Governo da Índia (Government Occupational Institute - agora College of Arts) em Thrissur em 1975. Trabalhou como Instrutor de Arte no Instituto Ocupacional do Governo, Thrissur em 1976 por menos de um ano e como Professor de Arte no Departamento do Governo de Kerala de 1978 a 2006.
